Situated in the Adelaide Hills township of Nairne in South Australia, Adelaide Hills Panel Works is a trusted crash repair business established in 2000.

Owner Rob purchased Adelaide Hills Panel Works in 2008 and has since built it into a leading facility known for quality workmanship and a genuine love of cars. Old cars, exotic cars, hotrods, beautiful cars—we don’t just love to look at them, we love to drive them and we understand why they matter to you.

With over 27 years of combined experience in the automotive industry, it’s fair to say we’ve got petrol and paint in our veins. Our passion for all things cars is what drives us to deliver top-tier service and results.

All of our staff—panel beaters, spray painters and support crew—share our determined and passionate love for cars. Handpicked for their skill, enthusiasm and pride in their work, they treat every vehicle as if it were their own. We know your car is both a major investment and a personal passion.

Our workshop is equipped to handle everything from insurance repairs and crash damage to custom fabrication and detailed panel work. Whether it’s a small dent removal or complex shaping from a single sheet of metal using the English wheel, we’ve got it covered.

We’re also proud of the strong camaraderie between our experienced tradespeople and our apprentices. This shared knowledge and passion has helped our apprentices win industry awards. Our staff are fuelled by passion, our clients are happy—and we’re bloody loving it!
